We will make every effort at that time to assure that piece is machinable, addressable and conforms to all United States Post Office regulations that are in force at the time of mailing. Perry Mailing strongly recomends that you allow us to examine the design, materials finished product (BEFORE you begin printing of your materials) so that we can assist you in designing and creating a mailer that will conform to the USPS requirements and allow for timely delivery. In the event that we find that your mail piece will require additional labor, time or processing, we will provide, at no cost, a revised estimate that outlines which additional services will be necessary and the extra costs incurred. Perry Mailing Servicces IS NOT an agent of the United States Postal Service. We cannot, under any circumstances offer any guarantees as to timeliness of delivery, condition of the mail piece upon delivery, or the security of the mail once it is delivered to the post office processing unit. We make every reasonable effort possible to assure that your mail is prepared in accorandance with all USPS regulations and recommendations to assure the best possible delivery speed and care are taken. Perry Mailing will provide all receipts forms and acceptance documents provided by the USPS. These documents are proof of delivery of the mail items to the post office and detail the quantity and weight of the documents to be mailed. Perry Mailing Services cannot be held responsible for non-delivery by the post office and any and all refunds of postage are the responsibility of the post office.
